Terms of Service

Last updated 26 August 2026.

The short version. Buy a course and it is yours to keep, for your own use — not to share or resell. Book a session and we both turn up. Pay through our payment provider, not to us directly. Be straight with us and we will be straight with you.

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and DANNYOKEC ENTERPRISE (BN-2536522), a business registered in Nigeria and based in Abuja, which operates ceo.dannyokec.com. By using the site, creating an account, booking a session or buying a course, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Your account

  • Give us a real name and an email address you can actually read. We send receipts, course access and session details there.
  • You must confirm your email address before you can buy or enrol. If you sign in with Google, Google has already confirmed it for us.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Do not share your login.
  • You must be 18 or over.

3. Consultations

  • A session runs for 90 minutes and currently costs ₦50,000. The price shown at the time you book is the price you pay.
  • A slot is only held for a short window while you pay. If payment is not completed in that window the slot goes back on sale.
  • Your booking is confirmed when payment settles, not when you submit the form.
  • We will send you a meeting link before the session.
  • Rescheduling: tell us at least 24 hours before and we will move you to another slot at no charge.
  • Missed sessions: if you do not turn up and did not tell us, the fee is not refundable. If we miss it, you get a full refund or a new slot, your choice.

4. Courses

  • Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it and use its materials for your own learning and your own work.
  • Access does not expire, but it depends on the site continuing to operate. If we ever have to retire a course, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to keep what you need.
  • Free preview lessons are open to everyone. The rest requires purchase or a grant from us.
  • Downloadable files that come with a lesson or video are for your own use.
  • You may not share your login, re-upload the videos, resell the material, or use it to build a competing course. Course videos are served through expiring signed links, and we may withdraw access from an account we find sharing them.

5. Payment

  • Payments are handled by Flutterwave. You enter your payment details on their page, not ours — we never see your card or bank credentials.
  • Prices may be shown in more than one currency. The currency you choose at checkout is the one you are charged in.
  • You are responsible for any taxes or bank charges that apply where you live.

6. Refunds

  • Courses: if a course is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you, provided you have not worked through most of the material.
  • Consultations: see section 3. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund or a reschedule.
  • Refunds go back to the method you paid with, and can take a few working days to appear.
  • Access granted free of charge, or as a gift, is not refundable for cash.

7. What you agree not to do

  • Break the law, or use the site to help anyone else do so.
  • Try to get at parts of the site, other people's accounts, or content you have not paid for.
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute the content in bulk.
  • Upload malware, or files you do not have the right to share.
  • Abuse, threaten or harass anyone, including us.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of this, without a refund.

8. Who owns what

The site, the courses, the videos, the written material and the branding belong to us or to our licensors. Buying access does not transfer ownership. Anything you submit — a support message, a community post, a file — stays yours, but you give us permission to store and display it so that the service can work.

9. Newsletter and marketing

We only email marketing to addresses that have confirmed a subscription. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Transactional email — receipts, verification codes, session details, support replies — is part of the service and is not marketing.

10. Availability

We work to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may take the site down for maintenance. Where a change removes something you paid for, we will make it right.

11. Advice, and its limits

Courses and consultations are professional opinion and education, based on our own experience. They are not legal, financial, medical or investment advice, and they are not a guarantee of any particular outcome for your business. Decisions you take remain yours.

12. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.

13. Ending it

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund anything you have paid for and not yet received.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when we last did. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
